Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. The following policy applies to bookings for The Colour Social events.

Cancelling your booking

If you can no longer attend, you may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 7 days before the event.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. Please contact us with the name of the person who will be attending in your place.

If The Colour Social cancels an event

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund of your ticket price.

If an event is rescheduled or there is a significant change to the event, we will contact affected customers with the available options.

Products

Where physical or digital products are sold through our website, any applicable cancellation, return and refund rights will be explained at the point of purchase and handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
